Aixuan Technology (爱选科技) is an insurtech company founded in 2017 by veteran insurance executives and actuarial experts, focused on the actuarial and risk-control value of underlying medical data — building products for underserved non-standard populations such as the elderly and people with pre-existing conditions, and offering insurers pricing and real-time risk assessment for medium-to-high-risk customers . FreesFund (峰瑞资本), its angel investor, reported in April 2022 that Aixuan had closed an A++ round led by Zhuhai Rongqian with Shenghui Capital and industry investors participating, and that the company's business had been on a fast track since 2021, working with dozens of mid-to-large insurers and reinsurers . As FreesFund framed it, the bet was on insurtech shifting from traffic-driven selling toward risk control and product innovation .
