Aobag (奥北环保) is a garbage-sorting and recycling platform that closed a roughly 10-million-RMB angel round in early 2019, backed by JD and FreeS Fund . That's about as deep as elsewhere's corpus goes on the company itself — per FreeS Fund's 2021 year-in-review, Aobag that year helped 26,081 households and 552 institutions nationwide recycle 1,214 tons of recyclables, equivalent to cutting 2,270 tons of CO2e, sparing 14,350 trees and saving 5,388 cubic meters of landfill space .
