Aureka Biotechnologies (寻明生科) is a Tech-Bio company focused on agent-driven antibody drug development . It has positioned itself around an AI-powered R&D model, combining what 5Y Capital partner Jing Xutian described as a "unique ultra-high-throughput wet-lab platform with globally leading model capabilities" .

The company has moved fast on fundraising: it closed a Series A round in the tens of millions of dollars in late 2025, co-led by 5Y Capital and Qiming Venture Partners, with follow-on from existing backer New Alliance Capital and others . By April 2026 it had already raised a $35 million Series A+ led by Sequoia China, with Matrix Partners China and BioTrack Capital joining, and prior investors including 5Y Capital and Qiming re-upping—bringing combined A and A+ proceeds to nearly $100 million . The fresh capital is earmarked for building out its AuraIDE™ platform for innovative functional antibody design, strengthening foundation models and agent capabilities, and completing its high-throughput, high-content experimental infrastructure to move more drug pipelines toward clinical stages .
