Authing is a Chinese SaaS identity-cloud company founded by serial entrepreneur Xie Yang (谢扬), who started coding at age 13, worked as a core hacker at ByteDance, and began his first venture at 18 . The company has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer—one of only 15 mainland Chinese firms selected—and Xie was named to Forbes Asia's 30 Under 30 list . In 2022, Authing graduated from Agora and 5Y Capital's "Supersonic Program" and subsequently raised tens of millions of dollars in funding . By late 2025, Xie had moved on to AI entrepreneurship, launching a new venture with a global product release that year .
