Beichen Aerospace (北辰航天) is a Qingdao-based company that builds electrical system interconnection components for spacecraft, drones, and low-altitude aircraft — essentially the "nerves and blood vessels" that handle power distribution, signal transmission, and measurement control . Founded by Man Haifeng in 2014 as Qingdao Beichen Shuzhi Technology, the company emerged from over a decade of prior work in aerospace electrical system design dating back to 2012 .

The company occupies a narrow but critical niche: it is reportedly the only private Chinese aerospace firm offering a full-chain "design-to-production-to-assembly-to-delivery" service for electrical system interconnection . Its self-developed CSED platform integrates design data with manufacturing, compressing satellite design cycles to roughly three months and rocket cycles to about five — roughly one-third of traditional timelines . Beichen also serves the low-altitude economy, providing turnkey electrical system documentation that helps large drones (1-ton payload and above) meet airworthiness certification requirements .

The company reached tens of millions of yuan in revenue in 2025 and, following a tens-of-millions angel round led exclusively by Yunqi Capital in May 2026, plans to expand into roughly 2,000 square meters of additional R&D and production space .
