Cinda (云信达科技, also known as CloudXinda or eCloud Tech) is a Chinese enterprise data infrastructure company founded in 2015 that specializes in Copy Data Management (CDM) cloud data management products . The company positions itself as a domestic leader in China's CDM segment, with its core product eCloud Data Master providing end-to-end data protection, management, and services across the full data asset lifecycle .

The company has secured backing from Gaorong Capital (高榕创投), which invested in its A+ round in 2020 and subsequently participated in its 100-million-yuan Series B round in 2021 . Its customer base spans major financial institutions including Bank of Communications, Beijing Bank, and Hangzhou Bank, as well as telecom operators China Mobile and China Unicom .

As of 2025, Cinda is evolving its strategy beyond traditional data backup toward extracting value from backup data assets. It has developed a subscription-based product called DataEX and is building DataVerse, an AI data management infrastructure product aimed at multi-cloud and cross-regional data scheduling needs in the AI era . The company is also exploring bidirectional integration between CDM technology and large AI models—using generative AI to refine backup data while enabling AI models to access high-quality, instantly retrievable data through CDM capabilities .
