Cloud Valley Technology (云谷科技) is a Hangzhou-based collaborative thermal-energy management platform, founded by Ding Yun . The company raised tens of millions of yuan in a B+ round in 2023, led by SPIC Jilin Power and Zhejiang Energy Group, with Source Code Capital as its Series A backer . At the time, Ding said proceeds would go to R&D, production, and marketing . The company was also reported to be pursuing a strategic partnership with Ant Group around "smart heating + internet ecosystem" . Source Code Capital had identified Cloud Valley as part of its dual-carbon investment portfolio as early as 2022 .
