Falcon Invest

Falcon Invest (丰源投资) is a RMB-denominated fund founded by veteran consumer investor Fu Zheng (符正), who serves as its founder and CEO . The fund held a first close of RMB 800 million in May 2022, with paid-in capital already received and over 67% of the target subscription signed . Its investment mandate centers on consumer as the main thread, with specific focus on frontier technology commercialization, manufacturing transformation and upgrading, and urban renewal—taking a full-cycle strategy weighted toward growth-stage deals . By late 2024, Fu was described as spending more time embedded in traditional manufacturing plants, looking at high-end intelligent manufacturing and industrial equipment projects . Prior to founding Falcon, Fu established Light Point Capital (光点资本) in 2016 and had previously worked at UBS and CVC Capital Partners .
