Feiyue Cloud (飞越云) is a Shanghai-based cybersecurity startup founded in June 2022 that builds a zero-trust access management cloud platform . The company raised a seed round in the millions of RMB in August 2022, led by Linear Capital with participation from angel investor OuFang . Its founder and CEO Fu Mingming previously spent eight years at ZTO Express Group as head of security, where he led the zero-to-one implementation of zero-trust security solutions . The product architecture spans three layers: remote office and access security, business-system security mesh, and modern identity and access management, with an emphasis on application-layer rather than network-boundary controls . Linear Capital director Zheng Can described the team's combination of technical depth, project experience, and "enthusiasm for the security field" as a fit for where enterprise security is headed .
