Guoke Jiahe

Guoke Jiahe (国科嘉和) is a venture capital fund founded in November 2014, established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences to focus on early-stage commercialization of its own scientific and technological achievements, with Chen Hongwu, an investor with prior IDG VC experience, brought in to join the team . The fund has participated in multiple rounds across healthcare and hard-tech sectors, including as a continuing investor in OnQuality Pharmaceuticals' $20 million Series A+ round in April 2021 , a follow-on investor in robotics company Xingzhixing's Series A round in 2022 alongside Legend Capital , and as a participant in power chip designer Xin Changzheng's over-500-million-yuan Series C round in December 2021 led by CDH Investments .
