Index Technology (指数科技) is an AI hardware-design generation platform — its pitch, as Yunqi Capital framed it, is to bring hardware design into a "Vibe Coding" moment, where AI generates design drawings directly and turns drafting work from heavy manual labor into decision-making and creation. Founded by Ye Qunsong, the company raised a nearly RMB 100 million Pre-A round in December 2025, led by Yunqi Capital with Yuzun Capital and Shangshi Capital participating, per an 暗涌Waves exclusive; back in 2024, when it had only a demo, it had already closed an angel round co-led by Qifu Capital and Huagai Capital. The founder points to deep partnerships with JLC (嘉立创) and Huaqiu (华秋) — leading "manufacture-to-print" players whose AI panelization can turn around thousands of drawings in 24 hours — as the production backbone its generated designs plug into.
