FreeS Fund (峰瑞资本) led Inspire Robots' Series A in 2021, when the company already had a dexterous-hand product demo but the investors were particularly drawn to its core component, the micro servo cylinder—a linear actuator for humanoid robots . The firm has since completed multiple follow-on rounds, including a near-100-million-yuan B3 round in mid-2025 and combined C1 and C2 rounds in early 2026 .
