Jada Fund of Funds

Jada Fund of Funds is a Saudi fund-of-funds established by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund, as part of Saudi Vision 2030 . Its mandate is to invest in innovative funds that can reshape the country's business ecosystem beyond state-owned and family enterprises, with the aim of supporting local SMEs and startups while creating jobs and accelerating economic diversification . Jada has served as cornerstone LP for YiDa Capital (易达资本), a China-linked tech fund focused on the Middle East and North Africa — first for YiDa's $400 million Fund I, which had backed 18 companies as of late 2023, and again for its $1 billion-targeting Fund II . Bandr Alhomaly, Jada's CEO, has described the vehicle as a "growth catalyst" for Saudi Arabia's private equity and venture capital ecosystem .
