Jada Fund of Funds is a fund-of-funds established by Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, PIF, as part of the kingdom's Vision 2030 agenda to diversify beyond oil and state-dominated enterprise . It is designed to catalyze the local private equity and venture capital ecosystem by backing innovation-focused funds, with the aim of supporting SMEs and startups while boosting private-sector employment . Its chief executive is Bandr Alhomaly .

Jada has taken a particular interest in China-connected managers. It was the cornerstone LP in YiDa Capital's first fund, a $400 million vehicle, and committed as cornerstone LP to the firm's second fund targeting $1 billion, which was expected to close in early 2024 . YiDa Capital, headquartered in Riyadh and Beijing, invests in technology across the Middle East and North Africa, drawing on Asian-proven models to build regional ecosystems .
