Kongshanci

Kongshanci (空山慈科技, also referred to as KoSyne NeuroTech) is a Shanghai-based company developing non-invasive brain-computer interface and neuromodulation technology for clinical applications . Co-founded by Wang Ximing, who serves as a co-founder , the company is pursuing what Yunqi Capital describes as the more scalable "non-invasive path" toward brain-computer interfaces as the field moves from research toward real clinical value .

The company raised a Pre-A round in early 2026 led exclusively by Yunqi Capital, following an angel round in which DaoTong Family (道彤投资) was the sole investor . According to DaoTong, the funds are directed toward core R&D, clinical translation, and global expansion . In a March 2026 piece, DaoTong highlighted Wang's work on a depression treatment system combining EEG caps with robotic arms for precise neuromodulation, with the team having tested over 30 mechanical configurations . Yunqi Capital's SJTU-Yunqi AI Angel Fund also noted its lead investment in the Pre-A round .
