Lingyin Zheng

Lingyin Zheng is a co-founder of Spirit AI (千寻智能), the embodied-AI robotics startup, and part of its founding trio alongside Han Fengtao and Gao Yang. Per Oasis Capital, a seed investor in the company, she was among the first people Han invited to join at the very start, and she led Spirit AI's 0-to-1 fundraising path and global talent build-out — acting, in Oasis's words, as the "reward function" that converges the system between Han's "engineering instinct" and Gao's "technical idealism" . Before founding the company, she spent years in the robotics industry as an early mover in taking industrial robots overseas, building and leading international teams from scratch and quickly converting global market expansion into commercial results .
