Litratech

Litratech (深圳力策) is a Shenzhen-based LiDAR company founded by Zhang Zhongxiang, who serves as CEO . FreeS Fund was an early backer — the deal was led by FreeS's Yongcheng Yang — and, in Zhang's telling, the investment came at the industry's lowest ebb: "when FreeS invested in us, it was not only the hardest period for our company, but also the most depressed moment for the entire LiDAR industry" . FreeS counts Litratech among its optical-chip portfolio alongside Lightelligence (曦智科技), 芯视界, 洛微电子 and others .

One caveat: elsewhere's corpus covers Litratech mainly through FreeS Fund's chip-series pieces from 2022, so the profile is thin on current product or funding status.
