MiraclePlus (奇绩创坛) is a Chinese venture fund and startup incubator founded by Qi Lu, the former Baidu president and COO, former Microsoft executive vice president, and former Yahoo executive vice president . Its incubation system has spawned notable companies including ExoTech and Hypershell Tech, which emerged from the program in 2022 .

The fund operates as both an early-stage investor and a strategic partner in China's startup ecosystem. It has co-invested alongside major firms such as Sequoia China, 5Y Capital, ZhenFund, and Oasis Capital in companies spanning quantum computing (HYQubit), biotechnology (Beisheng Bio), AI security (HydroX AI), and XR hardware (GravityXR) . MiraclePlus also participates in industry initiatives like the "Supersonic Program" co-launched with 5Y Capital, which provides mentorship to early-stage startups alongside partners including GGV and Linear Capital .
