Neolix

Neolix (新石器无人车) is a Chinese autonomous logistics company that builds L4-level unmanned delivery vehicles, commonly called RoboVans, for urban distribution . Founded in 2018, it has become the world's largest L4 autonomous vehicle fleet operator by deployment scale, hitting 10,000 cumulative deliveries in September 2025 and becoming the first in its industry to cross that threshold . Its vehicle lineup covers three models—X3, X6, and X12—with cargo capacities of 3m³, 6m³, and 12m³ respectively, targeting scenarios from e-commerce express to fresh-food cold chain .

The company has attracted substantial venture backing. Yunqi Capital led its Series A and has continued to increase its stake through subsequent rounds, including a $1 billion C+ round in early 2025 and an over-$600 million Series D in October 2025 led by UAE-based StoneVenture, which set a record for China's autonomous driving sector by deal size . Other investors include Gaocheng Capital, CITIC Capital's private equity arm, and Beijing's AI industry fund . Neolix has also begun international expansion, partnering in October 2025 with UAE state-owned K2 Group to deploy its technology in the Middle East .

On the technology side, Neolix claims several industry firsts: the initial commercial delivery of a mapless L4 autonomous driving solution in its sector, and the deployment of an in-house "vision-action" foundation model called Neolix-VA that enables end-to-end operation . As of late 2025, its fleet had surpassed 50 million kilometers of L4 autonomous mileage across more than 300 cities .
