Neolix is a Chinese L4 autonomous-vehicle company focused on urban logistics, founded in 2018 by Yu Enyuan, a logistics industry veteran who built the firm "from inside the courier business, reaching out to technology" as Yunqi Capital put it . The company pioneered the RoboVan category—autonomous vans for city delivery rather than robotaxis—and in 2021 became China's first RoboVan operator licensed for public roads .

By late 2025 Neolix had scaled aggressively: it announced a $600 million+ Series D in October that Yunqi Capital, its Series A lead, called the largest single financing in Chinese autonomous driving to date . The company had already surpassed 10,000 cumulative L4 vehicle deliveries, deployed across 300+ cities, and logged over 50 million autonomous kilometers . Its vehicle lineup spans three models—X3, X6, and X12—with cargo capacities from 3 to 12 cubic meters .

Neolix has positioned itself as the dominant supplier to China's major logistics networks. Per Yunqi's reporting, it holds over 90% order share with SF Express, JD.com, and China Post among direct-delivery systems, and is the sole officially certified unmanned-vehicle supplier to ZTO, YTO, and Yunda in the franchise-based courier sector . The company has also partnered with Huawei on 5.5G and Ascend AI-powered autonomous driving . Investors include Yunqi Capital, Gaorong Ventures, and StoneVenture, among others .
