PhiGent Robotics

PhiGent Robotics (鉴智机器人) is a Beijing-based autonomous driving solution provider founded in 2021 . The company raised tens of millions of USD in angel and Pre-A rounds within its first two months, with Atypical Ventures leading the angel round and Horizon Robotics making a strategic follow-on investment . It subsequently closed a $30 million Series A led by Zhence Capital in May 2022, with existing shareholders including Atypical Ventures and 5Y Capital continuing to increase their stakes , followed by a tens-of-millions USD Series A+ round in December 2022 led by Xiang He Capital . AMD's former global vice president, Dr. Shan Yi, joined as co-founder and CEO around that time . The company also formed a strategic partnership with Zongmu Technology in 2022 .
