Qi Hu

Qi Hu is an executive director at Qiming Venture Partners, where he works on the team of managing partner Alex Zhou and focuses on AI investments . He has been recognized as a rising investor, making the LP CLUB 2025 annual "Top 30 Young Emerging Investors" list and the 36Kr Dark Current Waves 2026 "36 Under 36" list , and was named to the WAIC Future Tech α³⁵ Young Leaders list in 2026 . Hu has particular depth in foundation models—Zhou noted that Hu "knows底层模型 well and asked many key questions" during Qiming's evaluation of Zhipu AI, which listed on HKEX in January 2026 .
