Renxin Technology

Renxin Technology (仁芯科技) is a Nanjing-based automotive chip designer focused on high-speed SerDes PHYs for in-vehicle video and image signal transmission . Founded in 2022, its core team came from Qualcomm, Synopsys, and General Motors, bringing scarce domestic experience in high-speed SerDes mass production and automotive-grade product definition . Yunqi Capital backed the company from its Pre-A+ round in 2023 , and by late 2025 Renxin had raised nearly RMB 300 million across its Series A and A+ rounds, with Desay SV continuing to add while Gopher Asset and other strategic investors joined .

Its flagship product is the R-LinC chip, billed as the industry's first 16Gbps automotive SerDes PHY, fabricated on 22nm process and capable of 15-meter transmission with 30dB+ insertion-loss compensation . The chip was framed as "1–2 generations ahead" of peers on rate and process at the time of its 2024 Beijing Auto Show debut, and was already deployed in Sony's 5V super-vision solution for advanced intelligent driving . In late 2023 the company obtained SGS ISO 26262:2018 ASIL D functional safety process certification, positioning it for broader domestic and international market access .
