Founded in 2013, the company builds software and collaboration platforms—principally TrialOS and PharmaOS—to connect hospitals, drugmakers, CROs, regulators and patients across clinical trial design, patient recruitment, data collection and post-market commercialization . By early 2024 it counted over 1,400 pharmaceutical and CRO clients globally, including 21 of the world's top 25 drugmakers and 90 of China's top 100 innovators, plus partnerships with more than 700 clinical trial institutions .
