Xinyu Wang

Xinyu Wang is a partner at Meituan Longzhu, Meituan's investment arm . He's best known in elsewhere's corpus for the Moonshot AI deal: the $600 million valuation in Alibaba's investment was, per elsewhere's own reporting, settled over dinner between Wang and Moonshot founder Yang Zhilin . More recently, in a 九合创投 interview published in early 2026, he appeared describing Independent Variable Robotics founder Wang Qian as "a person with his own unique understanding and stubborn judgment about technology" — consistent with Meituan Longzhu's visible interest in embodied AI.
