YolTech Therapeutics (尧唐生物) is a Chinese biotech company founded in 2021 by Dr. Wu Yuxuan (吴宇轩) that develops in vivo gene-editing drugs delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNP), pursuing a "one dose, lifelong cure" approach . The company has built proprietary platforms including the YolCas gene editors, YolBE base editors, and Yol-LNP delivery systems, and has advanced more in vivo gene-editing pipelines into clinical trials than any other company globally—four as of late 2025 and six by mid-2026 .

Its lead programs include YOLT-201 for ATTR amyloidosis, which became China's first LNP-based in vivo gene-editing drug to enter registrational clinical trials in 2024, and YOLT-203 for primary hyperoxaluria type 1, which received FDA approval to enter confirmatory clinical trials in 2025—making it the first such program worldwide for that indication . YOLT-101, its first China-US dual-filing candidate, has China rights licensed to Salubris Pharmaceuticals (信立泰) . The company closed a roughly RMB 500 million Series C in May 2026 led by Loyal Valley Capital, following a RMB 300 million+ Series B in 2025 led by AstraZeneca CICC Medical Industry Fund .
