Youha Tech

Youha Tech (uah有哈) is a Chinese pet smart-hardware company focused on "healthy pet-keeping," building products like smart vacuum food-storage containers, litter-box deodorizers, and smart pet water dispensers for a new generation of pet owners, using design innovation on top of biotech and smart-tech foundations. It was founded by Shengbo Lu (芦胜波), whose team brings deep consumer-electronics experience. FreeS Fund backed it early — leading a tens-of-millions-RMB Pre-A round in 2022 — and in late 2025 the company raised an A round exclusively from 亿道基金 (Yidao Fund). As of that November 2025 FreeS Fund update, the company was pivoting toward AI-powered smart monitoring and pet wearables, targeting what the fund framed as a larger blue-ocean market.
