Yuri Milner is the founder of DST Global, the investment firm he built into one of the most influential mega funds in global tech investing . In China, DST was long regarded as part of a quartet of deep-pocketed, fast-decision dollar funds alongside Tiger Global, Coatue, and SoftBank Vision Fund . Milner personally shaped DST's deployment in AI: deals under $500 million were his personal calls, while larger checks ran through the fund .
