ZhiYi Capital

ZhiYi Capital (执一资本) is a Chinese venture capital fund that appears in elsewhere's corpus primarily through its investment activity in enterprise SaaS, notably as a participant in multiple rounds of Shangyue Technology (商越科技), a procurement-digitization SaaS company. Per FreeS Fund's deal reporting, ZhiYi Capital co-invested in Shangyue's RMB 39 million angel round in January 2019 alongside Ginkgo Valley Capital, SIE Industry Fund, FreeS Fund and Dingju Ventures, and followed on in the RMB 58 million Pre-A round led by Yuanjing Capital that August .
