Achieving a rapid transition from preclinical to clinical stages.

Allink Biotherapeutics today announced the completion of a $42 million Series A round. The round was led by BlueRun Ventures, with participation from YuanSheng Ventures, Legend Capital, and C&D Emerging Investment, alongside follow-on investments from existing shareholders Gaorong Ventures and Med-Fine Capital. Gaorong Ventures had co-led Allink's angel round in 2023.

Founded in 2023, Allink Biotherapeutics is a biotech company focused on innovative drug R&D. Built on proprietary bispecific antibody and ADC technology platforms, the company has assembled a pipeline of first-in-class and best-in-class product candidates. It is dedicated to developing breakthrough therapies in oncology and immunology to bring novel treatment options to patients worldwide.

Allink has established a highly efficient R&D and leadership team whose core members bring over 20 years of experience in medicinal chemistry, molecular biology, and translational medicine. Founder and CEO Dr. Hui Feng has nearly two decades of R&D and management experience at major pharmaceutical companies and previously led the development of Toripalimab, China's first PD-1 monoclonal antibody approved overseas.

The new funding will accelerate Allink's global expansion, including advancing its lead programs ALK201 and ALK202 through Phase I clinical trials in Australia, the US, and China. The company will also broaden its pipeline in oncology and immunology, continue optimizing its proprietary bispecific antibody and ADC platforms, and build toward becoming a globally impactful biotech company.

"In just over a year since our founding, we've made the rapid leap from preclinical to clinical stages," said Dr. Hui Feng, Founder and CEO of Allink Biotherapeutics. "Given the current funding environment for biotech, we're especially grateful for the continued trust and support of our existing shareholders, and honored to welcome new investors who recognize our innovation capabilities and execution efficiency. With their backing, we'll be able to move faster on developing our pipeline of novel ADCs and bispecific antibodies, bringing new hope to patients with cancer and immune diseases. In the coming months, we expect to hit multiple R&D milestones that will further advance our mission of developing innovative therapies for patients."

Dr. Jiangtao Yu, Managing Director at Gaorong Ventures, commented: "As an angel-round investor, we've witnessed Allink's rapid growth firsthand. The company's technological innovations on its bispecific and ADC platforms are impressive, its pipeline is advancing steadily, and it has already achieved several breakthroughs. We have full confidence in the team's innovative strength and growth potential, and we're pleased to continue supporting them in the Series A."

The completion of this round opens a new chapter for Allink. Grounded in the team's efficient drug development capabilities and the leadership's vision in biotech, the Series A funding will help Allink establish a leading position in the increasingly competitive global landscape of innovative drug R&D.
