Lattice Power Raises 630 Million Yuan in Series C, Pioneering a New Paradigm for AI Power Electronics
Developing next-generation electrical control technologies, with a focus on critical applications including electric vehicles, sustainable energy, and AI infrastructure.

Jingneng Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "Jingneng") has raised 630 million RMB in its Series C funding round. This marks the company's fifth round of financing in just four years since its founding, bringing its total funding to nearly 2 billion RMB. Gaorong Ventures participated in Jingneng's seed round in 2022 and led its Series A in 2023.
Founded in June 2022, Jingneng serves as the power and AI semiconductor platform for Geely Technology. Leveraging the group's global industrial resources, the company has built an industry-leading R&D and manufacturing system serving critical applications in electric vehicles, sustainable energy, and AI infrastructure.

As the AI industry expands rapidly, power electronics has emerged as the foundational technology underpinning the next generation of high-end industries. Building on its technical expertise in automotive-grade SiC modules, Jingneng is pushing into more advanced sectors including data centers, aerospace, and controlled nuclear fusion, with the goal of developing next-generation power control technologies.
The company's product portfolio now covers automotive-grade power modules, AI-grade SST modules, embedded SSCB modules, and multi-chip tantalum capacitors. All of these products share a unified technical foundation of "ultra-high reliability" and "extreme conversion efficiency," tightly aligned with evolving application scenarios to precisely address industry pain points and drive innovation in AI power architecture.

Proceeds from this round will primarily fund iterative R&D of core products, production line construction, and upgrades to reliability verification platforms. The company will also intensify market development efforts, accelerate the deployment of benchmark projects across sectors, and strengthen upstream and downstream industrial collaboration.
"AI industry growth cannot happen without solid underlying power electronics technology," said Pan Yunbin, CEO of Jingneng Microelectronics. "We will cross-apply the technical capabilities we've built through automotive-grade products, continue to co-create with leading customers across industries, and deliver more competitive technical solutions driven by diverse high-end applications — contributing to the high-quality development of frontier hard-tech industries."
