With superior performance and cost-effectiveness, Adaps Photonics' products and solutions have become a new focal point in the market, securing mass adoption by top-tier customers.
Going forward, Adaps Photonics will continue to deepen its "LiDAR camera-ization" technology roadmap, using hardware innovation to drive perceptual upgrades in intelligent driving, robotics, and spatial sensing — making extreme low-light imaging, high-precision real-time modeling, and flexible intelligent interaction foundational to industry-wide intelligent transformation.

Multiple Product Lines in Mass Production
Covering Automotive, Consumer Robotics, and Other Scenarios
Founded in May 2018 by several PhDs from Stanford University and Delft University of Technology, Adaps Photonics is headquartered in Nanshan, Shenzhen, with R&D centers in Shanghai's Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and Deqing, Zhejiang. The company has over 100 employees, with R&D staff accounting for more than 80%. Its core team has many years of deep expertise in SPAD (single-photon avalanche diode) technology, possesses internationally leading full-stack SPAD device design and process capabilities, and holds multiple self-developed SPAD patents domestically and abroad. It has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national-level "Little Giant" specialized and sophisticated enterprise.
As a provider of high-quality dToF sensing chips and system solutions, the company offers cutting-edge products including silicon photomultipliers (SiPM), SPAD dToF area-array modules and chips, and SPAD dToF limited-point module series. These products broadly cover applications in automotive LiDAR and intelligent cockpit sensing systems, smartphones, XR headsets, various robots, smart home appliances, intelligent buildings, imaging and motion capture, and data acquisition and training — spanning numerous 3D sensor terminals and scenarios.

Flagship Products
Creating the Eyes for an AI-Powered World
Adaps Photonics' SiPM product line has launched the world's first backside-illuminated (BSI) SiPM, with photon detection efficiency (PDE) exceeding 30%. It has obtained AEC-Q102 automotive qualification certification, with cumulative shipments surpassing 10 million units.

The Hummer product line includes the ADS6133 and ADS6134 modules. The former offers a more cost-effective choice for near-field applications in robot vacuums and smart bathroom sensing modules, while the latter provides optimized deployment solutions for projector autofocus, keystone correction, gesture recognition, and camera focusing scenarios.

The Swift product line is represented by the ADS6401, a solid-state LiDAR solution for robot vacuums. It features a mature, mass-produced solution for the robot vacuum market, enabling both single-Tx area-light-source configurations and dual-Tx area-light-source (obstacle avoidance) plus line-light-source (SLAM) configurations.

The HAWK product line's ADS6311 series pure solid-state LiDAR chip is the world's first 440,000-pixel dToF area array, serving as a pure solid-state radar receiver with a maximum detection range of 200 meters.
