AIPARK, a leading smart parking company, has completed its Series C financing round led by Gaorong Ventures.
Using AI technology to usher in the era of Smart Parking 5.0.
AIPARK, a leading smart parking company, recently announced it has raised 300 million yuan in its Series C funding round, led by Gaorong Ventures with participation from Changshang Kunzhong and Zhongguancun Science City Innovation Fund.
Founded in 2015, AIPARK pioneered the world's first high-position video parking management technology, using AI to usher in the 5.0 era of smart parking. Since its inception, the company has brought in strategic investments from top-tier funds including the China-US Green Fund managed by Greenovation Capital, Gaorong Ventures, NIO Capital, CICC Capital, Zhongguancun Qihang Fund, and Zhongguancun Science City Innovation Fund. Gaorong Ventures first invested in AIPARK in 2017.

Over the past five years, AIPARK has deployed its city-level smart parking solution, AIPARK City — powered by core "AI + IoT + DT" technologies — in major cities across China, making it the world's largest enterprise in terms of real-world AI deployment in urban traffic scenarios.
The AIPARK City platform, built on high-position video technology, delivers multifaceted value to city managers through three core advantages: full scenarios, full coverage, and full domains. By connecting urban parking data through an "internet + AI" model, it enables visualized management of city-wide parking information while addressing both administrative needs and citizen parking demands. AIPARK's city-level smart parking projects are now operational in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Xining, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Zhangjiakou, Bozhou, Tangshan, and other cities, effectively tackling local challenges of parking shortages, disorderly parking, and governance difficulties while significantly improving parking resource utilization. Notably, its AI-powered service for Beijing's parking reform established the "Beijing Standard," becoming the benchmark showcase for comprehensive high-position video application in roadside parking management.

Additionally, AIPARK has built a world-leading smart parking and static traffic order management technology and operations system, guided by a product strategy of "deep moats in scenarios, deeper connectivity, and extended value." The company leverages AI-driven, edge-cloud collaborative architecture to create a matrix of front-end products featuring "unmanned management and contactless service," alongside back-end systems enabling "cloud collaboration, integrated intelligence, and automation."
Currently, "new infrastructure" is injecting fresh momentum into China's economy, with urban smart parking listed for the first time last year as a national investment priority. Smart parking, riding the wave of smart city new infrastructure, has become a people-benefiting livelihood project. Combined with the application-layer advancement of 5G commercialization, AI technology, and other frontier technologies, smart parking continues to evolve through ongoing optimization and deployment of mobile communications, cloud computing, big data, video recognition, and smart parking equipment — unlocking more parking scenarios and improving user experience.
Yan Jun, founder and chairman of AIPARK, stated that as the undisputed leader in China's static traffic sector, the company will continue climbing toward becoming an industry "all-around champion," aiming to build a smart parking operations and service platform for over 400 million drivers, a high-frequency connectivity platform for the post-trillion-yuan automotive aftermarket value ecosystem, and a trading and operations platform for post-trillion-yuan parking asset value. The company remains committed to a "people-first" and "public priority" approach, balancing economic, administrative, and social benefits. Through advanced AI technology, it seeks to achieve comprehensive, green, and efficient static traffic management, making urban life better.
Chang Chen, founding partner of Gaorong Ventures, said, "Over the past three years, we have witnessed AIPARK's rapid growth, its continuous building of technological moats, and the refinement of its core capabilities through benchmark projects in multiple mega-cities across the country. We look forward to AIPARK's solutions — driven by artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing — serving as a key component of 'new infrastructure,' continuously leading technological upgrades and real-world applications in smart parking, enhancing people's travel satisfaction, and elevating the intelligence level of our cities' transportation infrastructure."
