Bishu Technology Raises Tens of Millions of Yuan in Series A+ Round to Advance Its Intelligent Operations "Brain"
Dedicated to building a world-leading AIOps intelligent operations engine, using AI technology to empower the IT operations field.
Bishi Technology recently announced the completion of a Series A+ round worth tens of millions of RMB. The round was led by Gaorong Ventures, with participation from the National SME Development Fund managed by Oriental Fortune Capital, as well as existing investors Shunwei Capital and Future Capital.
Following this round, Bishi Technology will continue accelerating the development of its platform-level intelligent operations products, enriching its AIOps algorithms, expanding its team, and further improving customer value across its products and services.

AIOps technology is applied in enterprise IT operations, enabling companies to automatically, accurately, and rapidly detect anomalies, pinpoint root causes, and predict failures from complex IT infrastructure and massive monitoring datasets — freeing operations staff from the deluge of alerts and troubleshooting. AIOps is becoming a critical trend for improving IT operational efficiency, with banking, securities, insurance, telecom, energy, government, and industrial manufacturing among the key industries adopting the technology.
Founded in late 2016, Bishi Technology possesses strong research and technical capabilities, dedicated to building world-leading AIOps engines and empowering IT operations through artificial intelligence. The company's top-tier algorithm team hails from Tsinghua University's Department of Computer Science; its core technical team comes from leading internet companies including Microsoft Research Asia, Alibaba, and Baidu, with over 100 papers published at top international academic conferences; and its sales, delivery, and product teams comprise senior experts averaging more than ten years of industry experience.

Starting in Q2 2019, the company launched a major upgrade of its Bishi Intelligent Operations Platform, building a professional, integrated, powerful, out-of-the-box platform supported by AI algorithms and knowledge graphs, with a unified algorithm framework covering data ingestion, algorithm orchestration, intelligent analysis, data storage, and frontend visualization. Previously standalone algorithm modules were integrated into this platform, making operations more intelligent and simpler. Based on the underlying unified algorithm framework, module development became faster and more efficient, and the platform gained better algorithm scalability. Building on existing modules including multi-dimensional log bottleneck reports, single-metric anomaly detection, and anomalous machine localization, the platform added multiple ready-to-use modules: intelligent log template parsing, alert noise reduction and aggregation, distributed tracing root cause analysis, multi-dimensional detailed anomaly localization, log anomaly localization, batch job time anomaly detection, and trend forecasting.

The Bishi AIOps platform has won recognition from financial institution clients including Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank, China Everbright Bank, China Minsheng Bank, China Guangfa Bank, Huaxia Bank, and Shanghai Bank, as well as Everbright Securities. In real-world IT operations scenarios, Bishi's intelligent operations algorithms have achieved over 90% accuracy in fault detection and localization, reducing mean time to resolution by more than 50%.

Dr. Dapeng Liu, CEO of Bishi Technology, stated: "As enterprise IT systems scale up in size and complexity, with monitoring data growing exponentially, operations — a decades-old traditional industry — needs new thinking and new technologies to upgrade its efficiency. Bishi is committed to bringing together top talent, first-tier resources, and quality customers to drive this transformation. It's a challenge, but even more so an opportunity, because operations scenarios come with naturally rich data foundations and decades of accumulated real-world problem sets, making them one of the best domains for AI technology to take root."
A project lead at Gaorong Ventures commented: "We believe that as enterprise digital transformation deepens, the tedious and repetitive functions in traditional operations will be replaced by intelligent tools, and AIOps will become essential for efficient operations. Bishi Technology has top-tier technical talent, excellent engineering capabilities, and is continuously building moats through rapid technological iteration and customer service. Gaorong believes the team's focus and expertise position them to become a leading enterprise in the AIOps space."
