Accelerate the deployment of intelligent operations platforms across more industries.

Bishijia Technology (必示科技) recently announced the completion of a nearly RMB 200 million Series C funding round, led by FirstLight Capital with participation from Cathay Capital, Sanyi Capital, HSG, Shunwei Capital, and others. The company stated that the proceeds will be used to accelerate new product R&D and market expansion. Gaorong Ventures previously led Bishijia's Series A+ round and participated in subsequent financing rounds.

Bishijia Technology is a high-tech enterprise focused on AIOps product development and deployment. It was among the first in the industry to define the industrial practice of intelligent operations — "risk warning, problem detection, and fault localization" — helping enterprise data centers accurately identify anomalies, pinpoint faults, and predict risks from massive volumes of complex IT infrastructure monitoring data, thereby effectively improving system availability and operational efficiency.

Solving Operations Problems with AI Pioneering Cutting-Edge Intelligent Operations Solutions

As enterprise cloud adoption and digital transformation become increasingly widespread and accelerated, new business models and IT architecture overhauls are presenting numerous challenges to business assurance, while traditional operations methods are gradually revealing limitations in efficiency, cost, and the accumulation of troubleshooting knowledge. Operations is a foundational infrastructure-level technology for the digital world, and solving operations problems carries tremendous social, economic, and technical significance.

Using AI technology — specifically AI built on operations-specific algorithms — to address operations challenges is imperative. Bishijia's founding mission is precisely to pioneer cutting-edge intelligent operations solutions through "operations-dedicated AI technology," develop mature deployment scenarios, and provide enterprises with operations technology support.

"One Data, Three Platforms" Product Architecture Accelerating Commercial Deployment of Intelligent Operations

"Intelligent operations is an emerging technology direction, a natural extension of existing operations frameworks." Bishijia consistently maintains that building intelligent operations systems must proceed in stages and continuously improve, expanding from post-incident and during-incident to pre-incident capabilities, proactively identifying suboptimal system health conditions, and promptly remediating to mitigate risks.

Based on this philosophy, Bishijia has constructed a "One Data, Three Platforms" product architecture, launching a product matrix of "risk warning + problem detection + fault localization + operations data platform." Built on the intelligent operations data platform DataSeer, it achieves full coverage of risk warning, problem detection, and fault localization through the intelligent risk perception platform RiskSeer, intelligent incident management platform AlertSeer, and intelligent troubleshooting analysis platform TicketSeer — accelerating the commercial deployment of intelligent operations in China.

Bishijia's core team originates from the Intelligent Operations Laboratory at Tsinghua University's Department of Computer Science, with over twenty core algorithms in anomaly detection, fault troubleshooting, risk identification, and capacity forecasting that have been successfully converted into AIOps products, forming mature and reliable solutions. Currently, Bishijia's intelligent operations solutions have been deployed at dozens of technology-leading enterprise customers, covering diverse business scenarios across banking, insurance, securities, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, and internet industries, earning broad customer recognition with a product repurchase rate approaching 100%.

Going forward, Bishijia will continue to focus on enhancing AIOps product capabilities and innovation, building intelligent operations platforms that are highly integrated, highly available, and highly scalable, remaining committed to creating value for industry customers and accelerating efficient, high-quality deployment of intelligent operations platforms across more industries and users.
