Xinhuazhang, an EDA company, announced it has raised a Pre-B+ round to accelerate R&D innovation for next-generation EDA.
This will further solidify Xinhuazhang's leading position in the domestic EDA verification space.
On January 5, 2022, Xinhuazhang, a leading company in EDA (electronic design automation) intelligent software and systems for integrated circuit design, announced the completion of a Pre-B+ funding round worth several hundred million RMB, led by Guokai Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund, a fund under the state-owned National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund. In December 2020, Gaorong Ventures had led Xinhuazhang's Series A round and continued to participate in its A+ and Pre-B rounds.
The proceeds from this round will go toward increased R&D investment, further solidifying Xinhuazhang's leading position in domestic verification EDA, and accelerating the next phase of research and technological innovation for next-generation EDA.
