Haijieya Completes New Funding Round to Build Integrated Platform for Interventional Oncology Treatment
Providing a comprehensive suite of minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment solutions for oncology.

Haijieya (Beijing) Medical Devices Co., Ltd. ("Haijieya Medical") recently completed the first closing of its Series D financing round, raising several hundred million RMB. The round was led by Joyin Capital, with participation from Rongquan Capital, Huajin Capital, Qiandao Fund, and Meihong Fund. Existing investor Gaorong Ventures also continued to increase its stake. Gaorong Ventures had previously led Haijieya's Series C+ round in 2021 as the sole investor.
Following this financing, Haijieya Medical will strengthen its dual R&D and marketing strategy, refine its marketing operations, continue expanding its R&D pipeline, enrich its product portfolio in tumor interventional therapy, and accelerate its international expansion.
Founded in 2010, Haijieya Medical focuses on minimally invasive tumor treatment. It has grown into a national high-tech enterprise with integrated R&D, manufacturing, and sales capabilities, and has been recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" specialized and sophisticated enterprise. The company operates the Beijing Key Laboratory of Low-Temperature Biomedical Engineering and a postdoctoral research workstation.

Building a Comprehensive Minimally Invasive Tumor Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment Solution
China bears the world's largest cancer burden, and demand for tumor treatment is growing amid an aging population. As a technology-leading tumor interventional platform, the company developed the world's first combined cryoablation and hyperthermia system — the Cryoablation Knife — which integrates deep-low-temperature freezing with high-intensity thermal therapy. The product was granted access to China's special review pathway for innovative medical devices, breaking dependence on imports. Since its market launch, it has received high recognition from clinical experts and was included in medical insurance coverage in 2021. The Cryoablation Knife can be used for minimally invasive treatment of various solid tumors including lung, liver, breast, kidney, pancreatic, and prostate cancers, as well as bone and soft tissue tumors.
Haijieya has also built out a comprehensive product pipeline around tumor intervention, providing clinicians with a full range of minimally invasive tumor interventional diagnosis and treatment solutions.
For percutaneous puncture intervention, the company offers multiple tumor ablation products including the Cryoablation Knife, microwave ablation, and pulsed field ablation, combined with AI surgical planning systems and puncture surgical robots to form a diverse, intelligent tumor ablation treatment platform. For transvascular intervention, it offers TACE microspheres, microcatheters, TIPS puncture kits, covered stents, and other products — a portfolio that leads the tumor market and provides comprehensive treatment solutions across the full cancer cycle.

Accelerating Pipeline Development and International Expansion
The company maintains a leading market share in cryoablation, with broad coverage in China's top-tier tertiary hospitals specializing in tumor treatment. Its consumables are listed in procurement systems across more than 30 provinces and municipalities nationwide, with pricing and medical insurance access already secured in multiple regions. Its distributor network covers more than 25 provinces.
Qianfu Huang, founder and chairman of Haijieya Medical, said: "Haijieya has built a comprehensive presence across all areas of tumor interventional therapy, providing complete solutions oriented toward clinical needs at the point of care. We are committed to becoming a leading platform in China's tumor treatment space. With the support of this financing round, we will accelerate development across our various pipelines and speed up our international expansion, bringing benefit to more cancer patients and contributing to the fight against cancer."
