"LiblibAI" Closes New Funding Round, AI Image Generation Tool Chosen by Nearly 10 Million Users

On July 29, AI image generation platform "LiblibAI" announced it had completed three funding rounds within a single year. The financing represents the largest amount raised in China's AI image sector, with participation from several top-tier venture capital firms: the angel round was led by Gaorong Ventures, Source Code Capital, and GSR Ventures; the second round was led by a strategic investor; the latest round was led by Future Capital; and existing shareholders continued to support the company across multiple rounds.

The funding will be deployed across three main areas: building a large-scale compute infrastructure to support massive user demand for inference and training; R&D on image model plugins, fine-tuned models, and control capabilities; and support and operations for the developer ecosystem and original model creators.

AI-Powered Productivity for the Creative Content Industry

Founded in May 2023, LiblibAI is an AI-native application company focused on AI content creation and sharing. Its mission is to fundamentally transform how designers, illustrators, and self-media creators work, becoming a new productive force for the creative content industry powered by AI.

In February 2024, LiblibAI passed the fourth batch of deep synthesis service algorithm filings with the Cyberspace Administration of China.
