Neolix Closes Nearly $400 Million New Funding Round to Accelerate Global Expansion and Large-Scale Commercial Deployment

AI-Powered Global Autonomous Logistics Infrastructure

On October 20, global autonomous driving technology leader Neolix announced the completion of its Series E funding round, raising nearly $400 million. The round was co-led by Boyu Capital and a national-level fund, with participation from Alibaba AEF NextGen Hong Kong Fund, Monolith, GGV Capital, Vertex Growth (Temasek-backed), Meridian Capital, GAC Capital, Jinding Capital, Langmafeng Venture Capital, CP Robot, Linghang Xinjie, and Cygnus Equity. Existing and long-term shareholders including Gaorong Ventures, Stone Venture, CITIC Capital, Gaocheng Capital, Yunqi Capital, SoftBank Ventures Asia, Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd., Zhechuang Investment, Huixin Fund, CDH VGC, ChaoXi Capital, Yaotu Capital, and ShanShui Capital also joined the follow-on investment. Gaorong Ventures had previously participated in the company's Series D round in October 2025.

This round also set a record for the largest single financing in China's autonomous driving sector this year. To date, Neolix has accumulated over 10 billion RMB in total funding, making it the most funded company in the unmanned delivery vehicle industry.

Over the past year, Neolix has made significant progress in commercial deployment and technology evolution. The company continues to lead the world in the largest fleet of unmanned vehicles, expanding its delivery operations from e-commerce and express delivery scenarios to provide logistics services through its transportation network for a broad base of cargo owners, consistently helping clients achieve clear cost reductions and efficiency gains. On the technology front, Neolix has continued to build an industry-leading vision-centric end-to-end large model, and through a unified architecture combining cloud, edge, and vehicle-side models, has created the industry's largest "operations, data, algorithms" efficient data flywheel, driving scaled operations upgrades and efficiency improvements. Globally, Neolix was among the first in the industry to initiate international expansion and continues to lead in the largest overseas delivery volume of unmanned delivery vehicles, progressively deploying unmanned delivery vehicles and services across the Middle East, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Since 2026, relevant policy and institutional frameworks have been accelerating in alignment with the unmanned delivery industry. In July, the Ministry of Transport indicated it would further promote digital and intelligent transformation of transportation and logistics during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, planning to launch pilot programs for standardized application of unmanned express vehicles. In August, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued the Logistics Network Construction Implementation Plan, specifically calling for the promotion of unmanned delivery and low-altitude logistics equipment in commercial operations for express and instant delivery scenarios, positioning unmanned delivery vehicles within the framework of logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement as a new quality productive force. In September, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and eight other departments issued the Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry Development 15th Five-Year Plan, explicitly pushing for multi-scenario application pilots of functional unmanned vehicles. The industry's policy and institutional environment has now taken shape.

On the significance of this funding round and future plans, Neolix founder Enyuan Yu stated: "Autonomous driving technology integrating into daily logistics and creating genuine net economic benefits is becoming a pillar force supporting modern economic circulation. We hope through our efforts to build an efficient, reliable unmanned vehicle transportation network, using AI to drive global unmanned logistics infrastructure, and help inclusive logistics truly take root. The Neolix team will with the steadiness of long-termism deeply cultivate every city where our business lands, continuously returning the trust of our investment partners and industry clients with solid products, reliable service, and irrefutable commercial returns."

Following this funding round, Neolix will focus its capital deployment in two directions: first, deepening its refined operations network, accelerating the layout of localized service hubs in major global regions to build a more agile and efficient global customer fulfillment network; and second, increasing investment in end-to-end large model data training closed loops, further improving autonomous driving safety levels and vehicle performance, while continuously reducing total lifecycle operational costs.
