Zixun Technology Completes Pre-IPO Funding Round, Accelerating Development of E-Commerce AI Application Platform LinkFox
Ranked first in China's e-commerce security operations product market
Recently, Zixun Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. ("Zixun Technology" or "the Company") announced the completion of a new funding round. The round was led by Guotai Haitong Private Equity, with participation from Cathay Capital, the Fujian Provincial Government Investment Fund, and Fuzhou Jinrong Group. Zixun Technology completed its first institutional funding round in 2021, led by Gaorong Ventures.


Top-Tier Institutions Join Forces
The participation of leading market-oriented investment institutions alongside provincial and municipal government investment funds not only reflects professional investors' strong confidence in Zixun Technology's operational foundation, growth potential, and strategic direction, but also injects powerful momentum as the Company enters a new stage of development.
Zixun Technology submitted its Main Board listing application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in June 2026, with Guotai Haitong acting as sole sponsor.
This funding round was led by Guotai Haitong Private Equity, part of the Guotai Haitong Securities group. The group's specialized institutions bring expertise in capital markets services and equity investment, forming a multi-dimensional, long-term partnership with Zixun Technology.
Guotai Haitong Private Equity led the round based on its independent assessment of Zixun Technology's business foundation, development strategy, and long-term potential — a strong vote of confidence in the Company's growth value and future prospects.

Full Focus on LinkFox: Building Vertical AI Capabilities for E-Commerce
Following this round, the Company will continue to focus on developing LinkFox, its e-commerce AI application platform. This includes building vertical AI models, knowledge engines, and data systems for e-commerce security and automation scenarios, while continuously refining its AI agents and product matrix. The Company will also further recruit specialized talent in AI algorithms, model engineering, and data engineering, comprehensively strengthening its R&D, engineering, and large-scale application capabilities in vertical e-commerce AI.

Founded in 2015, Zixun Technology has long been dedicated to e-commerce technology, continuously innovating its products and technology around the core operational needs of e-commerce sellers. In 2021, the Company brought in top-tier investment institutions including Gaorong Ventures, IDG, and Gaocheng Capital. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Company ranked first in China's e-commerce security operations product market by 2025 revenue, with a market share of approximately 30.2%. Revenue grew from RMB 299 million in 2023 to RMB 687 million in 2025, a compound annual growth rate of 51.7% — demonstrating strong growth vitality and steadily expanding commercialization capabilities.
The Company launched LinkFox in 2023, focusing on applying AI technology to e-commerce operations scenarios such as product selection analysis, digital content creation, product detail page management, and business analytics.
With this round completed, the Company will further advance LinkFox's technological iteration and real-world deployment, embedding AI more deeply into actual e-commerce operations and providing sellers with new momentum for efficiency gains and business growth.
