Global E-commerce SaaS Platform Dianxiaomi Closes $100 Million Series C, Now Serving Over 1.2 Million Merchants Worldwide
Helping global e-commerce sellers boost efficiency and core competitiveness.

On March 1, 2022, global e-commerce SaaS platform Dianxiaomi announced the completion of a $100 million Series C round. The round was co-led by Tiger Global Management and China Renaissance's New Economy Fund, with follow-on investments from existing shareholders GGV Capital, CDH Investments VGC, and Gaorong Ventures. Gaorong Ventures had led Dianxiaomi's Series B+ round in 2021 and doubled down in this round.
The new funding will go toward talent acquisition, product R&D, service infrastructure upgrades, and global market expansion.

One-Stop Service for Global E-Commerce Sellers, Building a Multi-Product Portfolio
Founded in 2014, Dianxiaomi is a SaaS platform dedicated to providing one-stop services for global e-commerce sellers. With strong technical innovation capabilities and a relentless focus on user experience, it has become one of the most valuable service providers in the global e-commerce SaaS space. This Series C round underscores investors' strong confidence in the company.
To date, Dianxiaomi serves more than 1.2 million merchants worldwide, with deep partnerships across over 50 top global e-commerce platforms, 800+ logistics providers, and 60+ overseas warehouses. It processes orders worth more than RMB 300 billion annually. In recent years, the company has sustained year-over-year growth exceeding 100%. Its team now numbers over 500, headquartered in Shenzhen with branch offices in more than ten cities including Guangzhou, Xiamen, Hangzhou, and Zhengzhou, plus overseas teams in the UK, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Dianxiaomi is building out the global e-commerce ecosystem, laser-focused on solving sellers' pain points through a multi-product strategy. Beyond its core product — the free cross-border e-commerce ERP "Dianxiaomi ERP" — the company has rolled out Amazon refined operations management system "Saihu ERP," Southeast Asia local e-commerce ERP "BigSeller," Latin America local e-commerce ERP "UpSeller," cross-border shared warehousing service "Xiaomi Cloud Warehouse," global intelligent customer service system "Duoke," and global logistics tracking platform "17TRACK," among others, to help more businesses operate efficiently and sustainably on global e-commerce platforms.

Helping Global E-Commerce Sellers Boost Efficiency and Core Competitiveness
The COVID-19 pandemic suppressed offline consumption while turbocharging online shopping. As global e-commerce penetration rose rapidly, China's policy environment and supply chain advantages combined to accelerate cross-border e-commerce market expansion, ushering in a new wave of growth.
Dianxiaomi founder and CEO Jianyin Du said: "We're deeply grateful for everyone's trust in Dianxiaomi. Going forward, we'll continue to live by our mission of 'making global business more efficient,' doubling down on R&D to deliver high-quality products and services to global e-commerce sellers, helping them improve work efficiency and core competitiveness, enabling more effective industry-wide collaboration, and making 'buying global, selling global' simpler than ever."
