Tianji Intelligence Secures B++ Strategic Funding Round to Accelerate Global Expansion of Humanoid Force-Controlled Dual Arms and Full-Robot Products

Guangdong Tianji Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd. ("Tianji") recently announced the completion of its Series B++ strategic funding round. The round was co-led by Ant Group and SOFINA (Sofina Asia Private Ltd.), with continued participation from existing shareholders including Gaorong Ventures and Tencent. Gaorong Ventures previously joined the company's Series B+ round in May 2026 and is increasing its position in this round.

The new capital will primarily go toward R&D, scaled-up mass production, and global market expansion — continuing to strengthen the company's core technology and product platforms and enhancing its ability to deliver to and serve customers worldwide.

A complete product system built around core technology

This Series B++ round comes just three months after Tianji closed its combined RMB 1 billion Series B and B+ rounds in May.

Over those three months, Tianji launched Gento, its new full humanoid robot brand. Its two wheeled humanoids, Luna and Skye, debuted at major domestic and international events including ICRA and WAIC, drawing widespread attention and praise, and deliveries have now begun. On its humanoid force-controlled arm product line, Tianji released the Marvin M6S Lite (single-arm payload of 5kg with a body weight of 8kg — a payload-to-weight ratio of 62.5%, the highest in the industry) and the Marvin M20S (the world's first mass-produced humanoid force-controlled dual arm with a single-arm payload of 20kg), extending force-controlled arm applications into heavy-load operations. The Marvin product line remains No. 1 globally in both technology and sales.

As a global leader in Embodied Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and the definer of embodied force-controlled manipulation platforms, Tianji has built its strategy around core force-control technology, pursuing coordinated development across core components, actuation systems, and full humanoid platforms. It has established a complete technology and product system spanning MEMS joint torque sensors, lightweight integrated joint modules, force-control algorithms, control systems, humanoid force-controlled arms, and full humanoid platforms.

Product engineering enters scaled delivery

Moving embodied AI products from prototypes to real-world deployment places higher demands on precision, stability, production consistency, and sustained delivery capability.

Since the start of 2026, deliveries of Tianji's humanoid force-controlled dual arms and full humanoid products have grown explosively, and its humanoid force-controlled arms hold the No. 1 market share. A steadily expanding customer base is also feeding back into product iteration and engineering validation across a wider range of scenarios.

The humanoid platform goes global

Gento is Tianji's incubated next-generation humanoid brand, positioned to serve robot training and application needs in the era of Physical AI. It carries forward Tianji's core strengths and accumulated expertise in sensors, joint modules, and force-control algorithms.

Gento Luna is a wheeled, foldable humanoid with 26 degrees of freedom. Standing 1.7m tall and folding down to 0.79m, it can enter standard elevators and pass through narrow doors. It features full-body force control and an omnidirectional chassis with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, targeting home, service, and research scenarios.

Gento Skye is a wheeled, height-adjustable humanoid with 23 degrees of freedom and a lifting range of 785–1,695mm. Designed for 24/7 continuous operation, it is built for reinforcement learning training and real-world data collection.

Deliveries of both products are underway. According to Tianji, Gento has already secured large volumes of orders from domestic and international customers since its launch, and full humanoid products now account for a growing share of the company's business.

Continued investment in R&D, mass production, and globalization

With this round closed, Tianji will deepen R&D investment in force-control sensing, joint modules, control algorithms, and integrated robot systems, driving iteration of its humanoid force-controlled arms and the Gento platform. At the same time, it will strengthen scaled manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain coordination to further improve delivery efficiency and product stability.

On the global front, the company will keep investing in customer acquisition, delivery support, and localized service, while tapping its new investors' industry ecosystems and international networks to accelerate its global expansion.

Tianji says it will build on verifiable technical benchmarks, sustained delivery capability, and real-world deployment to move embodied AI products from R&D validation into application at scale.
