The proceeds will be used for the company's kiloton-scale DAC (Direct Air Capture) to e-SAF (sustainable aviation fuel) project in Ningxia, process scale-up, core technology iteration, and recruitment of top global talent — accelerating its critical transition from technology validation to scaled commercialization.

Founded in 2024, TanSheng WanWu leverages Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology to use the abundant, sustainable CO₂ in ambient air as a novel carbon feedstock.
