Accelerating the development of an embodied-AI-native technology foundation.

Today, D-Robotics announced the completion of a $120 million Series B1 financing round. Following its $100 million Series A completed in 2025, D-Robotics' total raised across Series A and B rounds has reached $220 million.

This round brings together industry giants, core strategic investors, and top-tier institutions, and will fully support D-Robotics' full-stack hardware and software R&D and product iteration — strengthening its embodied-intelligence-native technology foundation built on hardware-software synergy and edge-cloud integration, and using systematic infrastructure to drive the industry toward a new cycle of scaled, democratized development.

Linear Capital was D-Robotics' first-round investor and has continued to increase its stake in subsequent rounds.

On March 16, D-Robotics announced the completion of a $120 million Series B1 financing round. Following its $100 million Series A completed in 2025, D-Robotics' total raised across Series A and B rounds has reached $220 million.

This round assembles a top-tier investment matrix. Synstellation Capital, DiDi, and Meituan Longzhu are among the leading industrial capital investors joining; strategic investors include Borui Capital, Joyoung Family Office, Yongning Gaoxin, BAIC Capital, Jiuquan Ventures, Xinlian Capital, and Yarui Capital; while financial investors Jinqiu Fund, Xingrui Capital, Heart Capital, Gengxin Capital, and Yunbai Capital are co-investing alongside them. Meanwhile, existing shareholders including Hillhouse, Vertex Growth (affiliated with Singapore's Temasek), Linear Capital, Hexuan Capital, Huangpu River Capital, 5Y Capital, and Plum Ventures all participated with oversubscribed follow-on investments.

As the "greatest common denominator of the robotics industry" — covering all robot categories and spanning the full cycle from technology R&D to scaled mass production — D-Robotics has built a complete product system spanning chips, algorithms, and software to address three differentiated market needs: mass-produced robot products, ubiquitous robot innovation applications, and future-facing general-purpose embodied intelligent robots. With a full product layout across compute tiers from 5 to 560 TOPS*, it horizontally covers edge-side computing needs for all scenarios including humanoid robots, wheeled-legged robots, quadruped robot dogs, service and companion robots, and logistics AMRs, while vertically connecting the complete chain from cutting-edge technology innovation to mass production and commercialization — achieving substantial commercial and ecosystem results.

Over the past year, D-Robotics has worked in deep collaboration with leading industry customers, producing hit products across core scenarios including robot vacuums, drones, robot dogs, and desktop companions: it enabled Narwal's Xiaoyao 002 to pioneer the era of AI binocular perception in robot vacuums; it helped Insta360 build the world's first panoramic drone, the Yingling Antigravity A1, redefining the flight brain; and it supported Weitu Dynamics in launching an intelligent companion robot dog, redefining the home intelligent companion. Supported by full-chain development infrastructure, D-Robotics continues to drive generational leaps in intelligent product experiences across the robotics industry.

The robotics industry is now entering a critical development cycle of rapid core technology innovation, explosive scaled mass production, and deep penetration of niche scenarios. As Horizon Robotics' most important strategic partner in the robotics field, D-Robotics maintains a deep collaborative relationship with Horizon Robotics built on shared technical roots and strategic alignment, with the vision of "becoming the Wintel of the robotics era" and a commitment to providing the optimal solution for intelligent robotics development.

Building on Horizon Robotics' BPU intelligent computing architecture — validated through tens of millions of units in mass production — and its industry-leading Foundation Model capabilities, D-Robotics focuses on building chip, algorithm, and software systems that are natively designed and deeply optimized for robotics scenario requirements. By creating an embodied-intelligence-native technology foundation with hardware-software synergy and edge-cloud integration, it employs a new computing paradigm of hardware-software collaboration and a full-chain development platform covering everything from simulation validation to physical deployment, continuously lowering industry development barriers and accelerating the pace of robot intelligence evolution and scaled commercialization.
