"D-Robotics" Raises Another $150 Million, Linear Capital Continues Backing Every Round | Linear Portfolio
Annual shipments surged 180% year over year.

Today, D-Robotics announced the completion of a $150 million Series B2 funding round, bringing the total Series B raise to $270 million.
Over the past year, D-Robotics has achieved "quantity and quality" breakthroughs in its business, with annual shipments surging 180% year-over-year and customer count growing 200% year-over-year, becoming the "greatest common denominator" behind an increasing number of hit products and delivering intelligent, innovative experiences to users worldwide.
Linear Capital was D-Robotics' first-round investor and has continued to increase its stake in every subsequent round.
On April 8, D-Robotics announced the completion of a $150 million Series B2 funding round, bringing the total Series B raise to $270 million.
This round was jointly backed by strategic investors including a major retail technology and supply chain conglomerate, Prosperity7 Ventures, and Envision Group, alongside top-tier financial investors such as Muhua Sci-Tech Innovation, Yunfeng Capital, Huakong Fund (T-Capital), LOOK CAPITAL, and Kailian Capital.
Existing shareholders Hillhouse, Hesung Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, DiDi, 5Y Capital, Chuxin Capital, Plum Ventures, and Vertex Growth, an affiliate of Temasek, continued to participate. This will comprehensively accelerate D-Robotics' global expansion of its commercial and developer ecosystems, supported by its hardware-software integrated, edge-cloud unified embodied intelligence-native technology foundation, opening up new growth frontiers for the global robotics industry.
In 2025, D-Robotics has achieved "quantity and quality" breakthroughs in its business, with annual shipments surging 180% year-over-year and customer count growing 200% year-over-year. Leading customers now span the full spectrum from mature consumer categories to cutting-edge embodied intelligence robots, with over 100 robot products launched to date. The company has become the "greatest common denominator" behind an increasing number of hit products, delivering intelligent, innovative experiences to users worldwide.
D-Robotics' developer ecosystem has also grown rapidly in tandem, with global developer numbers surpassing 100,000, up 100% year-over-year, spread across more than 20 countries and regions in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. To date, D-Robotics' "Gravity" innovation accelerator program has served 500+ small and medium-sized innovation teams, helping 200+ teams bring hit products to market, becoming the top choice for intelligent robotics startups. To further lower the barrier to robot development and shorten development cycles, D-Robotics has partnered with over 60 upstream and downstream ecosystem partners across hardware, software, and solutions to jointly build reliable, complete hardware-software integrated solutions, empowering customers and developers to accelerate large-scale deployment of intelligent robots.
Hardware-software integration is the core driving force behind sustained robotics innovation. D-Robotics and Horizon Robotics maintain technology synergy and strategic alignment, jointly building the "embodied intelligence brain foundation" to drive breakthroughs in core robotics hardware and software technologies.
D-Robotics' embodied intelligence robot high-compute development platform RDK S600 achieves native compatibility and deep optimization with Horizon Robotics' open-source embodied intelligence cerebellum foundation model HoloMotion and embodied intelligence brain foundation model HoloBrain, endowing robots with human-like flexible control, spatial perception, and delicate manipulation capabilities. It also supports "one brain, multiple forms," fully adapting to the application needs of robots with different form factors across different scenarios.
Going forward, D-Robotics and Horizon Robotics will continue to deepen systematic innovation around "high compute + large models," achieving bidirectional optimization and efficiency gains between compute and models at the underlying architecture level, creating "1+1>2" synergistic effects. This will help customers and developers achieve better performance and experience with limited investment, fully unlocking robots' multi-scenario application potential and diverse innovation vitality, opening up greater possibilities for embodied intelligence.
