On May 30, ChinaVenture released its annual rankings of Chinese venture capital and private equity investment institutions — the ChinaVenture Awards. Linear Capital was named to the "Top 50 Best Early-Stage VC Firms in China" and the "Top 20 Best Investment Firms in China's AI and Big Data Sector," among other honors.

This year's rankings are based on fundraising, investment, exit, and portfolio data from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The ChinaVenture Research Institute standardized and scored the data to determine the final list.
For 16 consecutive years, ChinaVenture has published these rankings as an independent third-party organization. Drawing on CVSource data and extensive surveys of investment institutions, the rankings cover over 1,000 active PE firms in China. Known for their strict categorization standards and professional, authoritative methodology, the ChinaVenture Awards are widely regarded as a bellwether for the domestic equity investment industry and serve as a key reference for major institutional LPs when making allocation decisions.
