Requirements:

• STEM background from a reputable overseas university. Interest in early-stage investing, with a desire to source and invest in European projects.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and logical thinking. Unafraid to ask questions — and ask again if still unclear. Capable of rapid learning and self-motivation.
• Keen observational skills and quick reflexes. Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.
• Deep curiosity about frontier technology and the ability to dig beneath the surface.
• Resilient and hardworking. Values long-term gains and understands delayed gratification.
• Punctual and respectful of time.
• Strong communicator.
• Speaks up, follows through, delivers results.
• Unafraid to make mistakes, willing to own them, learns from them, and grows through correction.

Nice to have:

• Prior investing experience is not required, though experience investing in tech startups is a plus
• R&D or PM background at a top-tier tech company, or having invested in well-known projects in relevant fields, is a plus
• A PhD in hard tech or related fields is an additional plus; candidates who studied in the base location are preferred
