Requirements:

• STEM background from a top overseas university. Interest in early-stage investing, with a desire to source and invest in European deals.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and logical thinking. Ask when you don't understand; ask again if you still don't. Capable of rapid learning and self-motivation.
• Keen observational skills and quick reflexes. Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.
• Deep curiosity about frontier technology and the ability to dig deep.
• Willing to grind. Values long-term gains and understands delayed gratification.
• Strong sense of time.
• Good communicator.
• Speaks up, follows through, delivers results.
• Not afraid to make mistakes, owns up to them, learns from them, and keeps learning while fixing them.

Nice to have:

• Prior investing experience is not required, though experience investing in tech startups is a plus
• R&D or PM background at a top-tier tech company, or having invested in well-known projects in relevant fields, is a plus
• PhD in hard tech or related fields is an extra plus; candidates who studied in the base location are preferred
