HR Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting for Linear Capital's internal team and portfolio companies
- Handle resume sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and other recruitment process follow-ups
- Support the organization of training programs and events
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Strong execution ability; prior recruiting internship experience preferred; event organization experience preferred
- Quick learner, responsible, with sufficient availability for the internship
- Able to work on-site 3+ days per week (remote work available during COVID periods), minimum 3-6 month commitment
Location: Shanghai
Legal Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team with legal matters across the full fund lifecycle — fundraising, investment, portfolio management, and exits — including but not limited to reviewing and proofreading legal documents, preparing entity documentation for transactions, legal research, and document translation
- Internal administrative work, including but not limited to contract workflow management, filing and organization, facilitating internal signature processes, and document mailing
- Participate in building out the fund's compliance and risk management systems and frameworks, and assist in preparing related procedural or policy documents
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in law
- Proactive attitude, rigorous work ethic, responsible, with strong communication skills and good teamwork orientation
- Able to use English as a working language, with strong reading and writing proficiency
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
- Available for at least 3 days per week, minimum 3-month commitment
- Prior internship experience at a law firm or fund preferred
Location: Shanghai
Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily content planning, production, and publishing for Linear Capital's social media channels, including WeChat articles and videos
- Assist in planning company events, and producing and distributing promotional materials
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at a well-known domestic or international university; Chinese, advertising, or marketing background preferred
- Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; Chinese writing and editing capabilities
- Familiar with WeChat Official Account operations and platform rules
- Able to independently shoot and edit short-to-medium length videos; proficient in Final Cut Pro or CapCut
- Strong interest in tech investing and entrepreneurship stories
- Able to work on-site 3+ days per week (remote work available during COVID periods), minimum 3-6 month commitment
