I. Investment Team Interns (Several positions for STEM/Technical backgrounds)

Job Description

1. Support early-stage investing in frontier technology sectors, including industry research, expert interviews, due diligence, and writing investment decision reports

2. Explore new investment directions, conduct detailed mapping of new sub-sectors, build deep understanding, and produce high-quality research reports

3. Collect information and data on frontier technology industries and emerging technologies domestically and internationally

Candidate Qualifications

1. Science or engineering background; third-year undergraduates or first-year master's students preferred; research or project experience preferred

2. Strong curiosity and passion for frontier technology; enjoys reading academic literature

3. Strong learning and analytical abilities—able to build understanding of products, technology, markets, and competitive dynamics in a given sector within a short timeframe

4. Good written communication and data processing skills

Shanghai. Regular onsite check-ins required; day-to-day work can be onsite or remote. 3-6 month minimum commitment (6 months preferred).

II. Investment Team Interns (Several positions for Biomedical direction)

Responsibilities: Support early-stage equity investment in frontier biomedical technology (primarily new technology paradigms combining data intelligence), including industry research, expert interviews, investment value analysis, due diligence, and decision report writing.

Candidate Qualifications

1. Biotech-related academic background (interdisciplinary backgrounds combining biotech with computer science, AI, data science preferred); PE/VC/IB/equity research/consulting experience (not required); research or industry engineering experience preferred

2. Solid foundation in industry research and rapid learning ability; passion for frontier biotechnology; enjoys reading literature; good written communication and Excel data processing skills. Most importantly: reliable

3. Strong sense of responsibility and sufficient time for the internship

III. HR Intern

Job Description

1. Support recruitment for Linear Capital internally and for our portfolio companies

2. Responsible for resume sourcing, coordinating interview schedules, collecting feedback, and following up on recruitment processes

3. Support organization of training sessions and events

Candidate Qualifications

1. Strong communication skills and approachability

2. Strong execution; recruitment internship experience preferred; event organization experience preferred

3. Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and sufficient time for the internship

Downtown Shanghai. Able to work onsite 3+ days per week (remote possible in special circumstances). 3-6 month minimum commitment.
