We have so many people to thank. The LPs who chose us. The founders who bet on us. The entrepreneurs and government leaders who lent a hand. Even those who passed but sent their well wishes anyway. Each of you has been a teacher in our growth.
Some joined us along the way. Some moved on.
Through it all, the kindness we've encountered far outweighs the hardship. We've endured, and we're pushing forward again through the cycle.
We've always held deep conviction in China's future. In the future where frontier technology transforms Chinese industries. In the future where technology, ultimately borderless, creates wealth and benefits all of humanity.
We believe China's exceptional founders will pull through the present difficulties, emerge stronger from the fire — what doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

Linear Capital is an early-stage investment firm focused on "frontier technology + industry." We back frontier technologies — data intelligence, digital infrastructure, next-generation robotics, and technological transformation in traditional sectors such as biomedicine, materials, and energy — that are applied across vertical industries to dramatically improve efficiency, solve critical pain points, and drive industrial upgrading.
