Job Description

1. Support early-stage investing in frontier technology sectors, including industry research, expert interviews, due diligence, and writing investment decision reports
2. Explore new investment directions, conduct detailed mapping of new sub-sectors, build deep understanding, and output high-quality research reports
3. Collect information and data on frontier technology industries and emerging technologies

Candidate Qualifications

1. STEM background; third-year undergrad or first-year master's students preferred; research or project experience preferred
2. Strong curiosity and passion for frontier technology; enjoys reading academic papers
3. Strong learning and analytical abilities; able to quickly develop understanding of products, technology, markets, and competitive landscape in assigned sectors
4. Good written communication and data processing skills

II. Investment Team Interns (Multiple Positions, Biotech/Healthcare Direction)

Job Description Support early-stage equity investment in frontier biotech and healthcare technology (primarily new technology paradigms combining data intelligence and biomedicine), including industry research, expert interviews, investment value analysis, due diligence, and decision report writing.

Candidate Qualifications

1. Biotech-related academic background required; PE/VC/IB/equity research/consulting experience a plus (not required); research or industry engineering experience preferred
2. Solid industry research foundation and quick learning ability; passion for frontier biotechnology; enjoys reading papers; good written communication and Excel data processing skills; most importantly, reliability
3. Strong sense of responsibility and sufficient time commitment for the internship

Job Description

1. Support recruitment for Linear Capital's internal team and portfolio companies
2. Responsible for resume sourcing, coordinating interview scheduling, collecting feedback, and following up on recruitment processes
3. Support organization of training programs and events

Candidate Qualifications

1. Strong communication skills and approachability
2. Strong execution; recruitment internship experience preferred; event organization experience preferred
3. Quick learner, responsible, with sufficient time for the internship

Location: Shanghai proper. Able to work onsite 3+ days per week (remote possible in special circumstances). 3-6 month minimum commitment.
